How to get better mileage from your Toyota Wigo

The Toyota Wigo is being marketed as an econobox. However a whole series of reviews painted a different picture particularly during city driving. Some accounts have the Wigo delivering a rather thirsty 8 kilometers per liter. To put this number in perspective, I have a 1st generation Honda CR-V with a 2.0 liter gas engine and real time 4 wheel drive and this vehicle gets 6 to 7 km per liter in city driving.
